I use it to swing my TV between the bed and living sides of my studio apartment. It's very stable and swings easily. I highly recommend it!
This unit allows the TV to be less than an inch off the base, which was exactly what I wanted. The only negative was the 3 screws that are tightened from the bottom are hard to align and hold with only one person.The base is also quite large, compared to another unit I purchased and returned. Not a negative, just an FYI.Once mounted, I was pleased with the results. TV is rock solid and no wobble when rotated.Recommended!
The smallest VESA size is 100 x 100, the base takes up a lot of space. It��s sleek, durable and sturdy. Pretty easy to put together. Comes with multiple adapters and screws to mount with. It is pretty heavy. I was originally looking to put my 34�� ultra wide monitor on it, but it did not have a compatible vesa size. Overall, solid tv stand.
I had no problem mounting the stand alone. Of course, two people are needed to "thread" the TV after assembly. In use, I find that the vertical tube supporting the TV rotates a little when I turn my TV. The problem is as follows: the collar that holds the TV vertically, integral with the tube, also turns and, after a while, the part that receives the clamping screw of the collar, protruding from it, comes to touch the back of the TV. I think this is due to the clamping of the tube on its base. A lug on the tube and a notch on the base would probably avoid this problem. I'm going to have to take the TV out and tighten the tube, but I'm always afraid of going too hard and breaking everything. Otherwise, the product seems solid.
I am completely satisfied with this tv stand. It made so much more room on my dresser instead of having the tv sitting on it. Very sleek design. I didn��t give 5 stars because it was super hard to assemble with one person. Definitely recommend having an extra set of hands while building

VESA patterns are measured by the center of one mounting hole to the center of another on the back of a television in millimeters. In the example above, the VESA measurements are 100 (width) x 100 (height). The example TV would be able to use a VESA 100 x 100 mount.
