All products undergo a three-stage quality control process and are tested under loads higher than those stated to ensure the reliability and safety of ONKRON solutions.
A defective product may be replaced within the warranty period, installed and used in accordance with the instructions. If the product or component is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect initial installation or failure to comply with the operating conditions.
