Onkron TS2821

We have bought 3 stands in the past which were different model numbers but this model number is difficult to put together. A couple holes seemed to not have been drilled enough and you have to turn the screws against other metal so not enough room to work with. We spent all afternoon and evening on 2/14 and worked more evening of 2/15. The slowness due to turning screws against metal walls which are tight. The booklet is mainly drawings and hard to decipher at times. There is no printed steps to how to put together although it will show what parts you need. One of the Allen wrenches it showed to use was incorrect and had to use the other.

On page 12 put the base on the floor upright then put column R in. I then was able to put the screws in by feel and prayed they would go to in.

Column L was more difficult. Had to open up the holes more for the screws to fit and they seemed to be at angles. Also had to apply a lot of pressure so the screws would fit.

When you put handles on the columns it can lower to then top of the column base. I wish it could lower another foot for the tv we put on it. The stand is quite heavy and currently holds a 98 inch heavy tv. I do like the larger wheels compared to the other models we have. Haven’t rolled it out to final spot. Also have not placed shelf on it yet. Will give it a 4 due the above comments. The other models were quicker to put together. By lowering the columns further you can also move under doorways easier and will help to watch the center of tv when sitting.

Very substantial and adjustable.

This is an exceptional value! We purchased a 98" monitor for outdoor astronomy presentations and needed the heavy-duty rolling cart for easy transport. We were impressed with how substantial and adjustable this item is. We worried that the monitor might be too tall to move through a conventional door, but the cart was able to adapt and make it possible. It was an excellent choice for us.
